Vinyasa Yoga:
Vinyasa is an approach to yoga where you move from one pose directly into the other pose in one flow. This smooth movement transition coordinates with your breathing . It’s is great start up for beginners and intermediate because the practice of vinyasa is very fluid, combining poses in sequences that focus on linking breath to movement.
