OUR STUDIO

Conveniently located for access from different parts of Dubai, our studio is designed to emanate peace and tranquillity. The interiors are designed with a purpose with strategically placed tall bamboo trees, which help in creating the desired balance to bring the five elements together. It ensures that you step in to a positive environment of tranquillity before our session rejuvenates you.

Neelam Raturi

Neelam is from India, Uttarakhand, Rishikesh, The Capital of Yoga. She has completed her master in yogic science from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya and osteopathy student from Canadian University. Yoga has been an integral part of her life and has been practicing since childhood. She has represented her school and college for many Yoga competitions and have proudly won gold medals in International Yoga Championship.

She has attended many workshops like acupressure, naturopathy.

As she has a good understanding in anatomy and physiology, she  conducts personal sessions to cure issues like joint pains, nerve compression, alignment issues,etc. She believes, For her the real definition of the happiness is when she sees progress in the students and their big smile, when they turn towards the healthy life.

Rohit Aksha

Rohit is a post graduate in yoga therapy at Mangalore University. He has been fortunate to heal more than thousands patients with the grace of yoga.He has learned the Vinyasa Yoga under k. Pattabhi Jois's daughter and grandson Sharath Jois. He had an amazing spiritual experience in Shivanand ashram Rishikesh and was able to understand the depths of Vedanta and meditation. He also had the privilege to study in Bihar School of yoga regarding the techniques of hatha yoga and kundalini yoga. He has a Yoga Teacher Certification (RYT 500) from a Yoga Alliance (YA) recognized institute.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Mysore style. Hatha Yoga , Power Yoga, Yoga Therapy are the yoga types that he has specialized in. He possess sound knowledge Anatomy and Physiology about yoga movements such as asanas and other postures. Moreover, he is well versed in the relaxation and breathing methodologies and their principles. He has been teaching in different places of India and abroad for the last 15 years. His resolution for this life is to unfold the path of yoga and offering my services to the well being of the humanity.

THONGTINARO

Naro is from Nagaland, India. Discovered yoga at young age, growing up to be a passionate yoga teacher and embodiment practitioner over 8 years. She completed her training at Bihar School of Yoga, Rekhiapeet, India. Under the guidance of Swami Satyananda based on Pawanmuktasana series with classical movements of Satyananada tradition, an authentic practice. She has undertaken completion of RYT 500- including 200+300 certification.

Her journey started from India-Maldives. Experienced at fitness level with personal trainings and teaching over 7 years travelling around in Ultra-luxury hospitality over 6 years. while connecting to each individual- as to Beginner, Intermediate to Advance level. Her Classes include Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Asanas, etc. Her signature classes include Shatkarmas, as purification of body. Self-taught Ashtanga , Vinyasa , Aerial Yoga. Her sessions are mostly classified and modified as per her pupils. According to her, Yoga is a self-life altering practice while benefits are endless. Everything in the studio plays into that belief from lights, to music, to ambience. Adept in creating powerful teaching plans for everybody. Her aim is to develop the all aspects of yogic practice and feel alive in our day-to-day life. Lighting forth all discipline for the art of yoga.
