Flex & Stretch Yoga:

Flex and stretch is a therapeutic yoga practice designed to increase flexibility, range of motion, and circulation.It’s a practice of deep stretches where we target major muscle groups, including the hamstrings, hips, back, shoulders, and chest, using a combination of static and dynamic stretches.
