Pratyahara ( Blind-fold Yoga):

Dive Within, Discover Yourself with our unique program pratyahara blindfold yoga, a unique and meditative practice that guides you inward, beyond the senses. Blindfold yoga is a practice where participants wear a blindfold during their yoga session and they often find that the absence of sight enhances their ability to connect with their body, breath, and the sensations of each pose. It can lead to a deeper understanding of balance, alignment, and mindfulness.
