Ashtanga Yoga:

Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is a classical form of yoga. The style is energetic, powerful and synchronising breath with movements.  It’s a rigorous style of yoga that follows a specific sequence of postures and flow with particular breath (ujjayi breath) throughout the ashtanga vinyasa class.
